Mindful Meisner Workshop
What a weekend.
So grateful to everyone who joined us for our Mindful Meisner Acting Workshop. A heartfelt thank you to Lisa Vanco for sharing your incredible guidance, insight, and methods that helped us step out of our heads, trust the moment, and build genuine connection with one another.
A thank you as well to Jo and Mira for all of your hard work behind the scenes in organizing such a smooth and welcoming experience.
And finally, thank you to every actor who showed up with courage, curiosity, and openness this past weekend. Your willingness to take risks, support one another, and be fully present made the workshop something truly special.
